This was actually published in Manila Bulletin (one of the Philippines' major broadsheets) the day after the historic 9-hour funeral march for Former President Cory Aquino - known as the mother of democracy in the country. Note that the caption (red underline ours) read President Arroyo, referring to the current President of the Philippines. I wonder if the concerned editor has already lost his job.
